Physical and chemical properties
Acid and alkali resistance (PP):
900 flat top modular plastic conveyor belt using pp material in acidic environment and alkaline environment has better transport capacity;
Antistatic:
900 flat top modular plastic conveyor belt resistance value is less than 10E11Ω are antistatic products. Good antistatic products its resistance value is 10E6 to 10E9Ω,it’s conductive and can release static electricity due to their low resistance value. Products with resistance greater than 10E12Ω are insulated products, which are easy to generate static electricity and cannot be released by themselves.
Wear resistance:
Wear resistance refers to the ability of a material to resist mechanical wear. Attrition per unit area per unit time at a certain grinding speed under a certain load;
Corrosion resistance:
The ability of a metal material to resist the corrosive action of the surrounding media is called corrosion resistance.
